Payment & Refunds
We accept payment only in cash and card after you finish your hiking tour with us. This way you can reserve or book your tour in complete security and refunds don’t even apply. In case of bad weather or any other force majeure, you will be contacted by email or WhatsApp that the tour has been re-scheduled for a later date.
Security & Travel Insurance
You are invited to consult the website including our blog to find more information about this tour. We are a registered tourism guide in Mauritius and we act in our best capacity for the smooth running of the hiking tour. Nonetheless, minor accidents can happen and we are not responsible for such situations. It is recommended to have a travel insurance.
